Details of an appointment proposal
Opti-Time offers an appointment scheduling interface that displays available delivery times.

They are displayed according to the availability of your delivery persons, and the geographic location of stores and customers.

The most suitable and cost-effective time slots are shown. They correspond to the shortest distances and the best fit into the delivery person's schedule.





Time slot proposal calculation:

When a job is added to the schedule, Opti-Time RMS will attempt to minimise the impact of this job on the existing schedule (by cutting extension of routes to a minimum, maintaining workload balance, etc.) while complying with the constraints of the job needing to be added (availability, urgency, skills, geographical location of visit or delivery areas, preferences expressed by customers, geographical attachment, correlations, proximity to an existing job, etc.)

The schedule changes as new requests come in.
