How does it work ?
Opti-Time On Demand can be mastered quickly and easily.
After a configuration phase, you simply log on to your Opti-Time On Demand account via the Internet and start creating and optimizing your schedules. Your call centre can also easily log on and add new appointments for your mobile staff.
Generate your routes in four steps:
1/ Configuration and data entry:
During this stage, you enter information concerning your resources, customers and the type of tasks to be carried out to Opti-Time On Demand (you can import then via a simple Excel file).

2/ Optimize the routes:
Opti-Time On Demand assigns the “right” person to a given task in real time, so that the routes planned will be as profitable as possible. You can display:

3/ Manage new visit requests:
At any time your call centre can add new tasks to your routes (customer emergency, customer absent, sick employee, accident, etc.), simply be selecting the customer, the type of pre-configured visit, the desired time slot... |

4/ Profit from results plus mobility:
By coupling Opti-Time On Demand with a mobility solution, your technicians can be alerted, in real time on their PDA, of new visits to be carried out.
