Opti-Time offers an appointment scheduling interface that displays available delivery times.They are displayed according to the availability of your workers and the geographic locations of agencies and customers.
The most suitable and cost-effective time slots are shown. They correspond to the shortest distances and the best fit into the delivery person's schedule.
You can configure each type of visit to be made to evaluate the resources needed and time required at each location as accurately as possible: required skills, number of technicians needed, visit time, material needed, customer after-sales service contracts, etc.
The scheduling also respects work rules specific to your business: rules related to Human Resources (legal working hours, overtime, time off, etc.), type of service call, (customer after-sale contracts, time periods, skills required and type of technician needed).
