Delia Systems


DELIA SYSTEMS was created in 1996 and initially took up a position within the aeronautical market with the launch in 1999 of a software suite configured for overcoming constraints related to fleet maintenance: availability of qualified profiles, minimum aircraft turnaround time, task scheduling, recurrent servicing, and so on.

DELIA SYSTEMS very quickly capitalised on this experience to focus on other sectors of activity: industrial maintenance, after-sales services, training centres, health, media.

The OPTI-TIME solution has enabled DELIA SYSTEMS to progress from the role of a designer-integrator to that of an editor specialised in real-time scheduling process modelling with the integration of business rules.

DELIA SYSTEMS today has a workforce of 35 employees divided between the head office at PARIS and its site at CAEN, which is dedicated to research and development.

DELIA SYSTEMS is currently reinforcing its position as an editor in the service provider sector and consequently developing a vast network of partners: consultancy firms, VARs, integrators.

DELIA SYSTEMS is also forming technological alliances with integrated application editors (ERP, CRM, SCM or vertical) that consider OPTI-TIME to be an unequalled complement to their products.

The recent signing of new alliances has reinforced DELIA SYSTEMS' presence on the international stage.

In a drive to accelerate its development and profitability, Delia Systems decided in 2005 to strengthen its commercial operations in particular in the area of optimising and scheduling "technical service providers": experts, technicians, and carriers.

This key point of focus was chosen first and foremost because it is the largest area of profitability for the Delia Opti-Time solution but it is also the activity in which Delia has achieved a leading market position.

Opti-Time for FFA is the solution that covers as standard 80% of the scheduling needs of field forces; production can be realised within one month.
