OPTI-TIME SA publishes software for real time planning of teams and their visits, optimization of vehicle routes and geomarketing.
OPTI-TIME SA provides a comprehensive suite of routes optimization software, responding to the needs of companies that manage mobile teams and vehicle fleets, whatever their size, business or organization. These solutions enable companies that are hesitating between a route optimization solution and a real time scheduling solution to make an unequivocal choice of a comprehensive and scalable system.
The routes optimization solutions designed by OPTI-TIME SA enable companies to make productivity gains of 10 to 15%. The return on investment is on the order of a few months.

OPTI-TIME's direct sales presence covers France, Spain, Italy and Latin America (Bogota). Its distributors are firmly established in the United Kingdom (Xmbrace), Spain, Italy, Germany and Austria. OPTI-TIME SA’s turnover is set to exceed €5M in 2008 (including over 80% from licences and maintenance). Its international turnover represents 20% of this figure.
Since March 2008, OPTI-TIME SA has been quoted on the Paris Euronext stock exchange (code “MLOTI”).
History
OPTI-TIME SA was founded in March 2008, the result of a merger of two companies, Magellan Ingénierie, the specialist in routes optimization and cost reduction, and Delia Systems, the specialist in real time scheduling and team management.
Delia Systems and Magellan Ingénierie had been collaborating for a number of years on common projects. In view of the strongly complementary nature of their respective products, the companies decided to accelerate their cooperation in order to capture the leading position in this growing market.

Benoît Quévy founded Magellan Ingénierie in 1998.
Pierre-Yves MINARRO, General Manager
Pierre-Yves Minarro joined OPTI-TIME SA in June 2008, and has previously held management posts at Cognos and Lawson.
